Triage II Driver Support Agent-Tractor
Receiving or making calls with drivers, vendors, and internal team members and assisting with their needs that vary from engine related, after treatment, reefer units, electrical, DOT and safety components. Including producing daily reports in addition to the Triage I job duties.
Responsibilities
- Ability to answer high call volumes at times
- Data intake and input into platforms for what the call intel
- Ability to be able to determine when the call needs moved to a next level Triage agent
- Review and approve estimates within their level of authority
- Collaboration and communicate with other Triage team members
- Other duties that are assigned to meet the needs of the Driver Support Team and Covenant
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to Multitask
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Web base programs preferred
- Typing skills required
- Problem Solving Skills
- Vehicle Maintenance knowledge preferred
- Geography of the United States preferred
Education/Experience
- Required: High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: 2+ years of vehicle maintenance/repair experience, class 8 experience a plus
- Preferred: Experience with claims intake process including FMCSA compliance requirements

Candidates with more extensive or highly relevant experience may be considered toward the higher end of the overall pay band.
- Expected Pay Range: $26.99-$30.85
- Full Pay Range: $26.99-$42.71
