Driver Support Triage Lead-Nights

Chattanooga, TN

The Driver Support Triage Lead will lead and assist the Triage 1 & II agents in Driver Support with any barriers that may arise in their daily tasks, including problem solving, approving repairs, and daily scheduling. 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Triage Agents with diagnosing any issues on technical or mechanical barriers that may arise on calls
  • Ability to take high volume of calls as needed.
  • Ability to handle escalated issues
  • Review and approve estimates that are within their level of authority
  • Monitoring and updating various documents for communication and contacting vendors on repair status for the utilization of equipment
  • Monitoring in all areas, the daily productivity of the driver support agents, including remote staff
  • ⁠Reviewing and responding to high volume of emails on a timely basis.
  • Perform related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the Driver

  • Strong ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office platforms and strong knowledge in web-based platforms
  • Vehicle Maintenance knowledge preferred
  • Ability to Multitask 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years experience in vehicle maintenance/repair work preferred.

The posted range reflects the full pay band for the position. The expected pay range below represents where most candidates are hired, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Candidates with more extensive or highly relevant experience may be considered toward the higher end of the overall pay band.

  • Expected Pay Range: $23.90-$27.20
  • Full Pay Range: $23.90-$37.50
  • Pay Grade: 8
