Brokerage Intern (Summer 2025)
The intern will gain significant knowledge in the logistics industry and gain real-world business experience and skills that will prepare them for their future career. This role will provide support to our customer and carrier operations, dedicated operations teams, sales, pricing, and strategic teams through experiential learning in the brokerage business areas.
Responsibilities
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into the industry and company operations.
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments to achieve mutual goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new and existing accounts are being appropriately serviced and maintained on a daily basis.
- Learn the ins and outs of brokerage accounts and their accompanying customer service representatives.
- Communicate with customers and related facilities to ensure that needs are met.
- Utilize MasterMind TMS, Salesforce and other platforms.
Qualifications
- Ability to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team when needed.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Pursuing higher education in business administration, supply chain, economics or similar field required. Junior or Senior year preferred
- Prior customer service experience a plus

The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.
Pay Range: $13.57-$18.55
Pay Grade: 1
