Co-Pack
The purpose of the Co-Pack position is to pick, pull, and pack orders daily and to ensure that packing specifications are met.
Position Responsibilities- 5S – Standards and Housekeeping
- Examine and inspect containers, material and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met in preparation to be forwarded to the shipping area.
- Counts products and materials.
- Affixes labels, tickets or tags
- Maintain Baseline productivity goals daily
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to maintain high level of accuracy
- Ability to perform work in a highly organized and color-coded environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to read labels and numbers
- Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor
Education and Experience
- Prior warehouse experience, preferred.

Pay:$16.00-$16.50/HR
