Co-Pack

The purpose of the Co-Pack position is to pick, pull, and pack orders daily and to ensure that packing specifications are met.

Position Responsibilities 
  • 5S – Standards and Housekeeping  
  • Examine and inspect containers, material and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met in preparation to be forwarded to the shipping area. 
  • Counts products and materials. 
  • Affixes labels, tickets or tags 
  • Maintain Baseline productivity goals daily

  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy 
  • Ability to perform work in a highly organized and color-coded environment  
  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization  
  • Ability to work without supervision.   
  • Excellent teamwork skills  
  • Ability to read labels and numbers  
  • Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced environment   
  • Ability to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor  

Education and Experience

  • Prior warehouse experience, preferred.

Pay:$16.00-$16.50/HR
