Safety Course Supervisor
The role of the Safety Course Supervisor is to provide direct supervisory oversight to the team of PDP Instructors. This position will also gather and report data for daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s to update management, and plan for any necessary changes to current company practices. This role will also make necessary adjustments to training course design and implementation for company standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly performance updates for KPI’s and suggest any necessary changes to Safety Behavioral Manager.
- Provide company PDP 2.0 safety reviews when needed and work closely with the Orientation supervisor to implement any necessary changes.
- Supervises the safety instructors and oversee their daily assignments.
- Collect data for the orientation spread sheets and reports KPI’s weekly, for company best practices and for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Orientation staff and Supervisor for driver updates.
- Conducts Safety Review Coachings.
- Report any abnormalities to the safety manager or safety director.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Must be organized with paperwork and data and be accountable for results.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Education/Experience
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a valid/current class A CDL.
- Prior experience as a professional truck driver preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous experience in adult learning a plus.

- Pay Range: $49,657.32-$77,923.79
- Pay Grade: 8
