Vice President, Maintenance

Huntsville, AR

Design, accountability, and execution of the company maintenance program at assigned maintenance locations with a focus on compliance with all applicable regulations, equipment availability for business needs, and effective management of controllable expenses while working within the enterprise maintenance program. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation, management, staffing and regulatory compliance of the assigned areas of responsibility within the corporate maintenance program
  • Establish and maintain shop policies and procedures to support the safe and efficient operation of shop facilities and parts locations. 
  • Advise the inventory management process; including vendor negotiation, inventory control measures, inventory value management and non-productive inventory return/disposal.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to meet the daily needs of the primary business functions
  • Create and manage the budget for the assigned areas of responsibility with the approval of the SVP of Maintenance and Equipment Control.  
  • ⁠Foster a professional, collaborative working relationship with appropriate vendors. 
  • Encourage and cause to be designed skills development opportunities among all team members.
  • Foster and develop a professional and collaborative working environment internally among the maintenance team members.

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Required 
  • Associate’s degree or higher in business or similar field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a mechanical equipment maintenance program or equivalent.  10 years preferred.

  • Pay Range: $119,412.00-$203,000.00
  • Pay Grade: 15
