Lead Conversion Intern
The Lead Conversion Intern will gain significant knowledge in the logistics industry and gain real-world business experience and skills that will prepare them for their future career. This role will conduct comprehensive audits, reviews, and analyses of operational data related to unit management, depreciation, maintenance schedules, vendor files, and asset utilization.
Responsibilities
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into the industry and company operations.
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments to achieve mutual goals.
- Make and received outbound calls.
- Conduct phone interviews and prequalify drivers.
- Documents all activity on Tenstreet.
- Provide weekly feedback on numbers and quality of candidates.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- High level attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education/Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Pursuing higher education in business administration, supply chain, data analytics or similar field required. Junior or Senior preferred.
