Bilingual Customer Service Representative
The Bilingual Customer Success Representative ensures exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency by acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing customer commitments and ensuring freight is managed and shipped in an accurate and timely manner. Scheduled will be Tuesday - Friday 10AM-7PM & Saturday 8AM-5PM.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor cross-border transportation activities across multiple shipments and carriers.
- Continuously communicate with customers, carriers, shippers and receivers through email and phone calls; keeping customers informed of the status of deliveries, including updating of the customer web sites or EDI exchanges. Communication must be clear and professional in both English and Spanish.
- Works with various internal departments to find solutions to customer needs to cover freight loads, track and trace load movement, schedule appointments and service failures.
- Track shipment status, ETAs, and exceptions while ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve load coverage, communication flow, and operational efficiency.
- Take ownership in resolving issues resolving operational issues such as delays, schedule changes, and last-minute adjustments without waiting for direction.
- Accept, pre-accept freight, verifying mileage, verifying rates and entering load information into TMS system.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, while working under pressure managing competing priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in Spanish.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business management required. 1 year of relevant work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
- 1+ Logistics or transportation experience required.
- Fluency in Spanish Language required.

- Pay Range: $40,000.00-$45,000
