Talent Acquisition Intern (Summer 2025)
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition department while working closely with all members of the TA/Recruiting team. They will contribute to the business, will lead and own certain deliverables and will also be assigned to specific, meaningful projects throughout the duration of the internship. Covenant’s internship program mission is to provide a hands-on learning experience through project work, leadership development, job shadowing and interaction with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage progress on assigned projects and tasks
- Communicate daily progress, questions, and issues to intern’s supervisor
- Spend time with all enterprise departments to assist in developing the early career program
- Create official recommendations for early career program
- Audit current TA processes and recommend changes
- Other duties/projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence
- Team player who can also produce independent results
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong customer advocacy skills
- Detail oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent
Competitive Compensation
Covenant’s compensation philosophy’s intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company. The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.
Pay Range: $13.57-$18.55
Pay Grade: 1
