Enterprise Sales & Marketing Coordinator
The Enterprise Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing, planning, and creating content for RFI & RFPs for the sales organization as well as various activities to support the sales & marketing teams. This role will support the content creation process to make sure content is completed and updated to the necessary platforms like websites, emails & sales content platforms, and respond and support to sales requests. This role will also support event coordination for sponsored events.
Responsibilities
- Create or update case studies as needed to align with marketing and sales priorities.
- Support sales with bid responses, customer proposals or presentations.
- Support Enterprise Marketing Manager with additional content creations as needed.
- Support content control by centralizing and organizing content storage. Ensure relevancy, timeliness, and accuracy of content.
- Support development of reports and dashboards to ensure accurate sales activity updates.
- Support Sales team requests such as account assignment, new account creation and other salesforce inquires.
- Work with SMEs to gather and complete all RFI/RFP presentations as assigned, ensuring relevancy, timeliness, and accuracy of content while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Assist with various marketing activities.
- Support the execution of internal & external events.
- Maintain and assist in opportunities to apply for industry awards and recognitions for Covenant.
- Gather and populate necessary forms/surveys and meet deadlines for each submission.
- Support content/graphic design needs for internal and external communications as needed.
- Take photos as needed for marketing and enterprise needs.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to create presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Team oriented, strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in a fast-paced ever-changing transportation environment
- Self-motivate.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- Effective verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with cross functional teams such as sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience in video production and photography preferred.
- Experience in graphic design preferred.
- Experience with customer relationship management and marketing automation tools preferred.

Covenant’s compensation philosophy’s intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company. The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.
Pay Range: $40,000.63-$62,120.37
Pay Grade: 6
